Pawfection (formerly Pampered Pets) has been taking such loving care of our fur babies for about 5 years now & I absolutely love it here!!! I want to personally thank Delaney & Myra for their kindness and gentleness when it comes to our fur babies. They treat every pet like family and you can tell they genuinely care.

This place is incredible! My dogs had a traumatic experience with another groomer about a year and a half ago and we had a hard time finding someone to work with us. But then we were recommended this place where we were welcomed with open arms. They took the time to understand my dogs' needs and made them feel safe. Now my pups actually get excited for grooming day!

So thankful to have found this Groomer nearby. Not only is the pricing very competitive, but the customer service is very much appreciated. The feline grooming and haircuts was a 10 out of 10 with unbeatable pricing and a convenient location. My cats came back looking and smelling amazing!

I had prayed that God would send me to the right place for my Cheeto whom is a rescue yorkie with heart failure and I obeyed by going here... I'm GLAAAAAD I did because Delaney and Myra treated him with such tenderness and expertise. They knew exactly how to handle a medically fragile dog while still giving him a beautiful groom. I can't thank them enough.

Gertie gets excited and begins whining and tail wagging the minute we pull in the parking lot. She loves coming to Pawfection. There are only 3 other places which get her this excited — that says everything about how they treat her here.

Delaney and her team are life savers. Our Shorkie Oakley who has joint pain and anxiety around grooming was rejected from a different groomer because he was on anxiety medication specifically prescribed to him for use while grooming. They welcomed him with compassion and did an amazing job. Oakley has never looked or felt better after a groom.

Delaney is very knowledgeable and meticulous about the dogs. Grace did a great job getting all the ticks and fleas off the dog I brought in. Thank you, ladies! They go above and beyond to make sure every pet leaves healthy and happy.

Pampered Pets always does such an amazing job with my two large dogs! I bring them in for nail trims, and they handle them both with so much patience and care. Even my nervous Great Dane settles right down with them. True professionals.

They really care about the pets here — the staff is very friendly and my puppy loves it here! And you get a cute portrait of your pups!! I definitely recommend taking your dog to Pawfection grooming salon! The portraits are such a sweet touch.

This staff and owners are so considerate of the pups. I bring my mother's little dog here and she has seizures and does not do very well. She is frightened of everything and they could not be more careful and gentle. They take their time, let her settle in, and never rush the process.

They always take really good care of my baby, Delaney always does an excellent job!! They treat Mr. Beans like family! Thank you! It's so comforting knowing I can drop him off and not worry one bit.

We live in Dallas, but my mom lives near here. We come every time we are in town. We cannot find a better groomer in Dallas. The best value in town — but you don't get a cheap job. You get a quality, professional groom at a fair price.

Stacy, Delaney and team are wonderful and very friendly. They have great passion for their profession and it shows in their work. Every time I pick up my dogs they look like they just walked off a dog show runway.

Danny is the best in the biz! Took my matted rescue in and he worked magic. The transformation was incredible — I barely recognized my dog. Danny clearly has a gift and truly cares about the animals.

This place took care of all 3 of my dogs! They were fast and very understanding on how nervous one of my dogs was. Managing three dogs at once is no small feat and they handled it like pros. All three came out looking gorgeous.

Great price for the quality of work they do. I've been to pricier groomers that didn't do half as good a job. Pawfection is the perfect balance of affordability and excellence. My labradoodle has never looked better.
